Need help with 1100 date
I just picked up a very nice rem. 1100. I would like to find out the date of manufacture. I know you can go to rem. web site but I work out of town and this work computer has me blocked out. thanks for the help

Probably 1971. First generation, 2-3/4" chamber. I have 5 first gen guns. Love em.

This will tell you the month and year the barrel was made. Assuming it has not been changed this is a pretty accurate way to determine when the gun was made. |
