Help IDing Paper BP Cartridge

Hello Gents, I found myself on a web site recently that was IIR, a scan of paper black powder cartridges.
The one in question looked a regular cartridge, but the folded paper tail was replaced by several lengths of yarn acting as pull tab. Can't recall the site. Is anyone familiar with this cartridge ? Thanks, IAC.

No I'm not, sorry. But can't you go into your History and find the site?

Are you sure it wasn't tied off at the nose?
