A chance to vote on 2A

I recived an E-mail today telling me our attorney general will receive data from a USA today poll asking if the citizen has a Right to Keep and Bear Arms.I voted.

Here is the text I received:

Obama's new Attorney General has already said this is one of his major issues.

This takes literally 2 clicks to complete. Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. It will only take a few seconds of your time.. Then pass the link on to all the pro gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

First - vote on this one.

Second - launch it to other folks and ask THEM vote.

Vote in the USA Today poll - click on the link below.

The Question is:
"Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?"

Vote at link below and vote Yes!: Please

Are you seriously suggesting that AG Holder is going to pay attention to the results of a USA Today web poll?

I really dislike these email chain letters. But do you know what I dislike even worse?

When they get posted to TFL.

If you can't document and substantiate the claims, don't bother posting this stuff. Closed.

OF course they pay attention to the poles

And if the poll results fit in with their agenda, they will use it publicly to justify their actions.

This, unfortunately, has been the nature of politics, on both sides of any issue you choose, for some time now.

And, of course, this assumes the poll is accurate, and unbiased.

The only poll politicians have to listen to happens every couple of Novembers.
