Keep in mind that due to the thickness of the belt, if you wear a 38" (for example) get yourself at least a 40".

That was one issue with the one I tried..VERY stiff and pretty thick but one hole too tight, the adjacent hole, too loose..so I got an sliding buckle nylon one..works fine.
