223 case lenght

is 1.758 ok to cut to .it seem to be the lenght i can match all my brass.or is it to close to 1.760.will i have problems. thanks

The trim to length would be 1.750. As long as it is between that and 1.760 you're fine. But if you are going to cut them anyway, I'd suggest 1.750. Otherwise you probably will be cutting for every time you load them.

It should be fine, you will just have to trim a lot more often. Most people that shoot moderate loads ( not max ) only have to trim every three or four loadings. You will probably have to trim every time you load. Just wondering why you can't trim to 1.75.

If you load with an RCBS X die, you can forego a bunch of trimming.

FWIW, I just got 500 pc. of once-fired Lake City .223 cases, and am trimming them all to 1.750. This is for a Savage Model 12 bolt gun.

I trim all my 223 to 1.750 with no problems
for 77 & 80gr match loads

it may depend on which bullet you'll be loading .. if your using a 40gr bullet an your extending the bullet possion in the case you'll need all the neck possibile, otherwise as all has said 1.750 .. for myself i actually trim to 1.755 for personal use
