I heard last year that Timney was going to come out with a replacement trigger for the Savage 110. My .223 FP could really use one. To get the factory trigger as light as I want it causes doubles (which can be a bit scary!). Any news?

If they have I don't list it anywhere. The newer Savage triggers are adjustable to about 3# or at least that's been my experience with them at 2-1/2 they become a little shaky for my taste. Does yours have the adjustable trigger? If not you may be able to get one from Savage. George

Don't know how much this helps but I found this review of an aftermarket trigger for a Savage a while back. www.geocities.com/Yosemite/Trails/4263/trigger.htm
