1911 grips

Anyone have any idea where I can get some wood, fully-checkered (no diamonds), no ambi-safety cutout flat bottom grips for my Ed Brown Special Forces? I just put a mag well on it and the beveled grips don't look good. I'm looking for something like the ones Springfield Armory puts on their "Professional" model, but without that ambi-cutout.

Thanks.

Before paying retail for grossly over priced store brands, I'd suggest doing a search on Ebay for 1911 grips. I saw a set that looks like what yer looking for for under $10.00 made from African Rosewood. Don't see what ya want, email some of these guys and tell them what you want- they'll make it. And some of the sellers are fabulous craftsman. Make sure to check out the sellers rating before dealing with anybody. Or you can buy a set of spalted knife scales and make them yourself. It's not hard to do at all using the old grips for a pattern.
