S&W trigger mod question

Sup guys, I recently saw a video on YouTube of a at home 10 min trigger mod for the S&W .40 cal sigma. The guy doing the mod was very good at explaining the process, it looked pretty legit. The guy explained that this mod will bring the trigger pull down to 4lbs from 12lbs. Just wanted to know if anyone has done this particular mod themselves and how it's workin for them. Iam a little weary on doin things to my weapon on my own just from watching a video, but at the same time I know this is a good way to familiarize myself further with my weapon. It would probably be best if you were to post a link for the video you're talking about so we can all see the exact same thing and comment accordingly.
