Westchester County, NY pistol permit process - Page 2

OK... so im new to TFL and i have a question regarding my Westchester county pistol permit application. Well the paperwork is pretty much completed and i already have my appointment set up wich is coming up soon... now the question is... once i go to my appointment, will i be speaking to a judge? is this just to submit the application? will it get denied or appoved the day of the appointment? im really not sure whats the procedure on this... any help will be appretiated!
