Lyman Tru-line Jr. Press

I hope someone here can help. I am just starting to reload and am interested in reloading .308 cartriges. I have inherited a Lyman Tru-line Jr. press that I have added a dieplate to accept modern dies. I read somewhere that this press will not full length resize. I was wondering if this is true even with modern dies or if this is a limitation of the size of the press. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks- Richard
