Rare sighting...
In this WSJ story about Chilean sea bass piracy: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1146...ub_marketplace , I noticed that there is a photo of a South African who works for the government holding a BXP machine pistol. He helped Australians apprehend alleged sea bass pirates by boarding a ship several hundred miles above the Antarctic.
