Springfield 1911 on sale at Sportsmans Supply in Campbell CA for $379. You should be aware that this store charges extra for the DROS. I think it's $28 insread of $25. There are a few small hidden charges but it's still cheap.
Reed's Sporting Goods on Alum Rock Ave is having its big July sale on the 14,15. This sale often has some great buys. I bought a Marlin 19894 C with checkered black walnut stock for $350, a CZ 83 in 380 for $299. They charge the standard fee for DROS etc.
