Looking for a gun club in Dallas, Texas that allows rapid fire...

If by "rapid fire" you mean doesn't have the "two second rule," Target Masters on Jupiter @ Security in Garland only has a rule against "uncontrolled rapid fire." If you mean full-auto, then I am uncertain, although DFW Gun Range on Mockingbird rents full-auto. I do believe they observe the two second rule otherwise.
