Can someone point me in the direction of some ultra-cqb pistol drills?

I'm on the lookout for some drills for extremely close quarters for pistols (Just for fun and to keep my skills from getting dull). Since I am in Japan where pistols are totally illegal, I train with an airsoft glock17 or full size 1911, their weights / movements are pretty close to the real deal.

I'm looking for stuff that's decent for handling someone that's within arm's reach or who is possibly already grabbing me, i.e. arms or people within arm's reach both front and back.

I do know unarmed martial arts stuff i.e. judo/jujutsu, that's one of the reasons I moved to Japan, but I'm looking specifically for pistol drills that deal with this kind of situation.

Also drills at super close quarters dealing with multiple baddies would be really nice to try.

Any hints would be appreciated!

FWIW I have been practicing stuff that I have seen in "Collateral" i.e. shooting while prone on your back (watch the toes!) and similar drills, if there's anything else like that, it'd be right up my alley.

thump rrr, was that one of those holsters which requires the trigger finger to do something other than pull the trigger?

Yes -- Blackhawk Serpa

That was old "Tex" Grebner -- who is actually from Illinois.

But he still poses as an expert when it comes to firearms, particularly self-defense handguns.

Yes he was using a Blackhawk Serpa.

The holster is not to blame in the incident.
If you look at the long version of the video he was practicing the exact same drill using a Glock and a thumb drive holster then switched to the 1911 with the Serpa.
The thumb safety on the 1911 is located where holster release is on the thumb drive holster.
He unintentionally flicks off the safety on the 1911 due to the repetitive nature of his practice minutes ago. The gun doesn't come out of the holster because he doesn't hit the release button. he is then pushing the button and curling his finger in the trigger guard and BANG.

I use a Serpa with an HK P30-L and an HK45.
There is no issue in pulling the trigger since my finger is always straight till my sights are level and on target.
The straight finger always falls on the frame above the trigger guard.
