Tasco AccuDot...what a surprise !!!!
Just recently we had a customer come to us with a Tasco Accudot scope on his TC Contender. The scope had been dropped and minor damage occured on the eyepiece shroud. He left it and said we would get the piece from Tasco and call him when ready.......here's the surprise....When we contacted Tasco, they said that if older than the year 2000 that they no longer supported repair for the scope and directed us to a company in Florida who would help us out. OK here goes.....in order to replace an accessory eyepiece shroud, we'd have to send the scope to them....+ $35.00 + ship both ways....all for a $5.00 screw on accessory ????
I'm glad we don't sell TASCO.....i'd be ashamed !!! |

Ouch . . . . I thought this might be positive.
Anyway, I'm going to move it to Retail Feedback, but the title will remain in Gear and Accessories so everyone can still find it in either forum.
