Scope Rings?

Hey guys, I have a S&W M&P15OR model. I'm fixing to put some optics on it, actually change the optics out on it.

I was curious if any of y'all have had experience with any "high mount", "extended" or whatever you want to call them scope rings? I like my scopes / red dots pretty high and since this is my first for the ar platform just curious if y'all had any ideas on some....

I have installed the Burris 1" Xtreme Tactical Picatinny-Style Rings Matte Extra-High. MidwayUSA sells them for $50 and they are quite well built. Product #: 810257 Hope this is helpful......

I've also looked at a couple other 1" models.

Think I'm going to go on and order these Buris...
