PX4 split magazine

Hi, I had beretta PX4 9 mm with less to 150 factory rounds, clearing the magazine, I saw a vertical split in the magazine, 16 mm longer, I dont know if this part of production process of the magazine o material faliled, can you help me, please ???[IMG]

I don't understand what you are asking. The image you posted is of a stock magazine. If yours is cracked or broken along that ridge that you have circled than I would say you have a problem.

If yours looks like the one in the picture..... it's supposed to.
