How’s that the underwood 41mag is ok but not the 44spl to load

I'm going to interpret this as "If the gun can't hold up to warm 44 Special loads, how can it last in 41 Magnum?".

It's a good question. I expect the 41 Magnum gun is going to have to be a bit bigger just to accommodate the longer cartridge, so perhaps the gun will be larger and stronger overall.

As I said before, 41 Magnum recoil in such a light gun will be "interesting".

The Charter 41 mag is built on the same frame as the 45acp & 45 Colt .. Its close to " K" size frame ..
