H&K Mark 23
Can someone please help me identify this H&K Mark 23 optic mount from the television show Altered Carbon. It would be much appreciated.

Looks like something from a Hollywood prop workshop. Certainly not a LAM.

LAM - Laser aiming module. The Mark 23 was one of the early pistols designed to hang lights and lasers from. It used a proprietary rail and at the time a proprietary system with laser and light.
The Gun in the picture is pure Hollywood prop-house.
