Hello:
Can anyone advise me what is needed to load the .45 auto rim cartridge. I'll need a shell holder for the fat rim, but can I load these cases with .45 acp dies? Thanks in advance to any response, Jim ------------------ |

Standard .45ACP dies work fine.

Same dies are suitable. However, you will need to change the seating depth for different bullets... (I shoot heavier SWC bullets in my AR) and you'll want to crimp the AR ammo tightly.

I also change the crimp die when I load AR or ACP brass for my revolvers. The normal crimp is a taper crimp but since it is for revolvers I use a Redding Profile Crimp.
