Do you want flips? BUIS? or standard sights?
As the Model 3 dont come with a front sight I am guessing you want some BUIS. TRoy MI YHM Now the problem ( of sorts) The STAG 3 the Gas Block rail height is .250" lower than the receiver rail height. So this will toss your sight off and not be in line. You have to look for a HIGH or TALL front sight.

When choosing your front sight, make sure it is designated gas block mounted. The same plane front sights will be too short.
BUIS = back up iron sights |

I went with the Troy Battle Sights, which are the ones Ruger uses for the SR556. Love 'em!
Here are my reviews on Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3UKFN4...cm_cr_rdp_perm http://www.amazon.com/review/R3OIRM4...cm_cr_rdp_perm Or for a red dot sight, I like the EOTech XPS2-0 http://www.amazon.com/review/R1QMMR1...cm_cr_rdp_perm

The three I like and own are Troys, LWRC (favorite), and YHM. I can't stand the MAGPUL BUIS, they seem like cheap PLAYSKOOL airsoft crap. I have a set for sale now.

LMT offers a very nice rear sight for the flat tops, basically a A2 rear sight. Troy are very well made. YHM aren't bad either.
