Kahr holster

I recently snagged a CW40, but can't find a lefty holster locally. My friend heard that 1911 holsters work fairly well. Has anybody tried this with a Kahr? Does this jerry rig provide good retention?

Kahr left handed holsters...

Hi
I do not own or use any Kahr pistols, but if I did buy one, I would check into the main Kahr Arms website and see the holsters they have for that model.
Depending on the type; strongside, thumb-break/level II, kydex-polymer, nylon, etc. As Kahr pistols become more popular more holsters will be made.
I'm left handed too and know what a annoying pain it can be to find high quality holsters, gear. You can check here; www.highnoonholsters.com www.galls.com www.blade-tech.com www.kramergunleather.com www.bianchi-intl.com . Fobus-USA Galco Alessi Desantis Ken Null made good holsters too.

Unkle Mikes and Blackhawk make decent nylon ambi type holsters if you want to go that route.

I have also heard this, although I have never tried it.
I had a local leatherworker make a custom holster for me.
