i need some help guys????????

well i think that i am looking for the fabled unicorn here but here goes.i want to put a 1 piece picatinny rail type base on a remington model 700 hunting rifle.but here is the catch,i want it to be stainless and the rings stainless also.does any reputable company i.e. leupold,warne,talley,conetrol,etc. even make these type 1 piece bases in stainless steel or am i gonna have to get the rattle can out to custom make some,lol?

Hmmm. I've never seen a stainless rail but I think that sounds pretty cool. SS rings, yes. Rail, no.

Try B-Square or Weigand....

I ordered mine through Gun Source, http://www.thegunsource.com/store/it...TO_WEAVER.aspx and ave been real happy. I actually wanted blued, but SS was all that was available, so I settled for that. It works great.

Brownells has several to choose from. Some of the "combat" makes are a little pricey though.
