Heritage .410/.45 Colt revolver

After getting ahold of a .32 H&R Heritage, I discovered that Heritage also made a .410/.45 Colt revolver. Here's a picture for those wondering what this monstrosity looks like:

I know that this has been out of production for years, but I'd like to know a few things:

1. What years was it manufactured?

2. About how many were produced?

3. Is there any chance that Heritage will bring these back? Recently it seems Heritage is only into making .22's when before they were making this, .32's, .357's, and .45 Colt revolvers.

4. If you've seen any of these used, what prices are they generally going for?
