Trijicon
I'm thinking about putting a trijicon reflex dot sight on my M4. Is there a back up sight that will work with this. I know on eotech yes....but not sure about trijicons red dot sights. It will have an arms 15 mount for the red dot. Thanks.

Get the RX30 and don't look back. I have one on one of my AR's, it has a 4 MOA amber triangle and works great. Best of all: no batteries.

trijicon
I have an RX01 and a TA01-4X32.
Both are great optics. The RX30 is most probably the same. Question: I have only been able to find the amber triangle (RX06) in a 12.5 MOA or a 14.4 MOA chevron (RX09) version. A four minute triangle would be very nice to have. My RX01 has a 4MOA dot - I believe that the triangle would make for finer aiming possibilities. Pete

Back up for what? For kicks I googled "Trijicon scope failure" and various derivatives and could not find in failures being discussed. I have never actually heard of any either, but I don't know everything. They are really hard to break too, you have to work at it.
I guess of the scope exploded on it's own you could pull it off and use a flip up if you have it mounted behind the Trijicon.

Yeah, that should have said RX01, not -30. I shouldn't make posts while sleep deprived.
Anyway, couldn't recommend it more, it's a great optic.
