Herkner (Echo) Shellholders

I have two Herkner (Echo) C- presses, one of each size, which have not been made for many years. They use a screw on shell holder. I have an assortment of shellholders to suit a dozen different calibers, but I need a #18 (for .45-70). Does anyone know where I could find one of these , or some alternate way of using these presses to reload that caliber.
