Check with your local IPSC shooters.
Vhit is pretty popular with them, and they will likely have a source.

Their prices on the N140 example on the page are GOOD -- but I'd look at MidSouth Shooters' Supply and compare the prices on those powders that you actually want, as the N340 (a pistol powder and one of my favorites) is about $1.50 a pound cheaper at MidSouth -- and the people there are GREAT. Don't forget to order your primers in the same shipment, as HazMat only gets charged once.
