A funny thing happened...

on the way to the New Year!
At a New Year's Eve show in a theater in Branson Mo.
During intermission there was a comedian doing his act on stage. All evening there had been several of the balloons above the seats awaiting the balloon drop at Midnight popping on their own.
One popped during his act which startled him. He stopped for a short time, looked around, and then said "I know this is the South, and all of y'all are carrying. So I feel safe!"
Probably his biggest laugh, and applause of the night.
