Looking for info on "Williams Arms"
Hey folks,
Looking for any info you might have on "Williams Arms" of St Louis, MO. In particular, looking for info on a 16 Guage single shot breakdown made under that company name. Only number found so far on the gun is 328IC Thanks, |

If you take off the forearm there most likely will be some more information. Most likely some proof marks and possibly a chamber, gauge and/or choke information. These are required markings on European shotguns.
The other possibility (and msot likely probability) is that this is a hardware or trade shotgun. A hardware gun is a firearm made by one company but sold by a middleman using the middleman's name (i.e. Sears with their Ted Williams brand, Montegomery Ward and Western Field etc). |
