VCDL - have new members received their membership packet?
The Virginia Civil Defense League website says, "Please allow up to 10 weeks processing time to receive your membership packet."
Have any new members received their packets? |

Received two emails, one with a request for a donation to help with legal fees.
Still no membership packet after 14 weeks. |
