I love single shot rifles and they make up 90% of my rifles. Mostly mine are 1870-1890's old cartridge rifles. Some hunting models, some schuetzen, and some Long-Range target rifles.
Vast majority of mine are original Marlin Ballard, Remington Hepburn and Rolling Blocks. I do own one old Freund Sharps that shipped in 1880 to Carlos Gove in Denver, and modified by Freund Bros.. Only bought it because of it's history, and the beautiful restoration done on it!
