Vortex Customer Support

Shameless plug for these wonderful folks. Walking out of the woods on opening day, I knocked the eyepiece flip cap off my Strike Eagle 1x8. Sent an email this morning to see about buying another one. Three hours later, they replied that a replacement and a hat were on the way. Looks like I'll be replacing the rest of my Nikons with Vortex.

I've heard similar stories about Vortex customer service. That was one of the considerations that factored into my purchase of the Crossfire II 3x9 scope. I wish more companies realized that a positive experience for a customer will bring more sales and loyalty.

Nothing shameful about it or even a plug

Good service is to be lauded and appreciated.

It helps direct all our dollars to the right place!

I too, like to hear about CS experiences. It sometimes affects how I spend my money. I like my Vortex, but haven't needed their CS.

I had a Vortex Strikefire stop working soon after purchase. They replaced it quickly with another, no drama at all.

I threw the replacement on my .308 Saiga AK and it's been working perfectly for a few years now.
