Oklahoma Leather Company
I am starting Cowboy Action Shooting. I purchased a cartidge belt from Buffalo Arms Company. I had to send one back, which Buffalo Arms promptly mailed me another one which was too big. Printed on the side of the Box was text which read if you are unhappy call us or send back the item collect. Well I didnt call them collect. I was sent to a sales person pronto...no recordings.
I was transferred to Mike. It seem I am in the gap between the standard sizes of cartridge belts they sell . Mr. Mike said send it back and we will make you one Woot! Human beings answer the phone and they stood behind the guarentee on thier box. Their product will have first dibs on stuff they make that I need.

Got my Cartridge belt back today...fit like a glove. It's nice to have a company that stands behind the words printed on the merchandise box.
Thanks to Michael Platt and the Oklahoma Leather Company
