I live in South Dakota and last year pled guilty to an ingestion charge now I am denied every time I attempt to buy a gun is there a way to fix this so that I will be able to buy firearms again? Somebody give me some answers I'm stuck and don't know what to do

The short answer is, probably not.
The longer and much better answer is, you need to consult a lawyer licensed to practice in your state -- not a bunch of anonymous online strangers. It is, after all, your life and freedom at stake. pax |
