Electronic shooting earbuds, with bluetooth

Hey gang. I have a question to see if a product exists out there. I'm looking for in-the-ear earbuds that offer:

Wireless (or, over-ear & behind neck lanyard is OK)
Electronic noise compression
Bluetooth connectivity for music/calls
bonus: magnification of low/background noises when not compressing

I plan to use these primarily for work while using a chainsaw, but they would work equally well for long days at the shooting range, too.
