FN M1922 - interesting find

Recently I bought an interesting FN M1922 at an auction in Germany. I bought it mainly because I haven't seen any of FN M1922 with FN logo on the slide.

Could someone help me identifying the origin of that gun? Why does it have so low serial number, engraved date "Gd. 1971" and FN logo on the slide? I would be very grateful. Currently I'm still happy to have it in my collection. Thanks for help.
