What is really in good deer chili?

OK, you know the basics: deer meat (ground or diced, your choice) peppers, secret spices, tomatos. Other than those usual ingredients what else do you put in your chili? Check as many as apply.

I have to go with OTHER. You forgot the peppers. I recommend Habaneros, diced, of course.
