What are these?

Can anyone please tell me what these are? Thanks.

On the bottom of them, one is stamped "T24", and the other is stamped "T28".

Could they be cylinder gauges? Just a guess.

Thank you rox. I got some reloading items given to me from my best friends wife after he recently passed. We been neighbors, friends. Reloaders for the past 17 years and in the items were these. I never used these things before. Again Thanks.

They are designed to be used either as the case neck guide in an outside neck turning tool, or you can buy a die body that holds them from Sinclair. The use is determined by the exact size of the mandrel. A wide enough one expands a neck to slightly over the size of the one used in an outside neck turner so you have a slip fit. One that is slightly smaller may be used to expand case necks in lieu of the expander built into sizing dies, so you don't tend to pull the necks off-axis as much, or you can use one that size to iron dents out of case mouths.

Bottom line, if your friend had those, they will go with some other tool he had.
