I would spend money on Ammo, not tactical parts. But it's your gun have fun. And Nice GSG-5 Ridge Runner 5. I got the GSG AK-47 About 2 Weeks Ago. They make nice guns.

I see that point. the 870 has enough. The GSG id do a red dot and a sling. I was considering a S&W M&P15-22 also, but i love the weight of the GSG feels solid and fires so well. The S&W is like a toy, Very light Weight ,but its from a great maker of fine Guns. 22 cal cost pennies to shoot so it comes down i guess to style and quality.

You may also want to check out the TruGlo TFO sight for shotguns. I run one on my 870 and I find it to be very effective. Louis Awerbuck made fun of me calling it a "glow worm" but it works for me and is a great low-light solution.
