Lewis Gun Conversions

These are more or less uncharted waters for me, so I appreciate any and all info about this.

Will the necessary parts for a calibre conversion interchange between a Savage .30-06 Lewis and a BSA .303 Lewis and vice versa? Or are there too many dimensional differences?

Also, are BSA parts interchangeable with Belgian made Lewis guns?

Well, after considerable research in relatively obscure reference works, I find the answer is "no."
