It's the button. Just copy/paste what you want to quote, highlight it and hit that button. If you want to add their name put ="their name" between the E & ] of the first [QUOTE].

It is much easier to quote when there was a button on every post like many other VB forums.

You are very correct that it can be quite annoying when people quote entire posts unnecessarily (especially those with lots of large pics)
