Boyt defective case

I bought a Boyt handgun case because it seemed to be very well built but I just discovered it has a place where the seam is letting the padding out because it wasn't sewed right. I thought I saw somewhere that they are guaranteed for life. I don't have the original tags it came with anymore. Web address or phone number anyone?
