Titegroup meters well from my Lee PPM. I use it for plated 124 grain HP with good results.

I haven't tried it myself, but a friend of mine swears by 231 for his 9mm. He uses a Dillon as well.
I use Bullseye & AA#5 primarily, and I have found that they both meter nicely. I bought the AA#5 because I was getting frustrated with Unique and it's lack of metering. HS-6 seems to work well also, but I haven't used very much.

I also have a dillon and use 700x for my 9mm with no problems,I have also used lots of 2400, bullseye, #9, h-2227 ,4895 not for 9mm but for other loads! once its set to that magic number I've had no powder change with the many types of powder.

My favorite 9mm Powder is Power Pistol, but if left in for a while, it etches the green see through powder hopper on an RCBS uniflow powder measure.

Surprisingly, Unique meters perfectly in my Dillon.
