Are h110 and win 296 almost the same? Could you use h110 data with win 296?

According to Hogdon, WW296 and H110 are the same powder, and have been for years. Any differences in load data are due to lot-to-lot variation. If you are pushing max loads, be careful and work up gradually.

Both are the same military powder washed down for commercial use. Loading data is the same.
