TV reporters shoting

I am putting this in training becuse I won't to here from thows that know more than me to share there knolige on what could have been dune or strategy to avoid what what happened or defend against such an attack.

I think we all could learn some thing from it.

Just because a gun was involved doesn't make this a proper topic for T&T. And without a link and background it's at best a drive-by. Nothing to discuss here.
