Got Me a Rogers & Spencer

Found me a real good deal on Gunbroker. I have been wanting one of these for a long time now but couldn't see popping for $500.00 for one.

Christmas present to me own self Now I just gotta remember how to take it apart

R&S

nice looking gun. Looks like a cross between a colt and Remmie.
Remmie top strap, but the loading lever is more like the colt.
Maybe this year I will breakdown and buy one.

I always wanted to get a'hold of one of them and just see how it feels. It just looks like that grip would feel so comfortable. But then, it's probably better that I haven't held one.

Happy Shooting!!!!

Never had one but a friend did. Used it in CAS matches but said the hammer spur was a far reach for fast shooting. Otherwise I've only heard good things about them.

Very nice Christmas present to yourself. I've been wanting one myself for years.
