Best way to clean aluminum baffles

I just got my old Trident-9 back from being jail broke. I fired 150 rounds through it and took it apart. The baffles barely wanted to budge at first. I covered them in Hoppe's 9 and scrubbed them with a tooth brush. On reassembly I had trouble getting the baffles back into the tube.

I think I am going to have to get a 1 1/4" brush to clean the inside of my suppressor tube.

But there has to be a better way to clean the baffles. The 9 and toothbrush didn't seem to do a very good job.

So how do you guys clean your pistol cans? I thought about getting an ultrasonic cleaner but I read that they can be harmful to aluminum.
