Does anyone know where I can find blueprints for the Winchester model 94?

AFAIK, Winchester does not supply any blueprints for any of their firearms or parts.
In any event there were at least eight (8) different versions of the Winchester 1894/94 receiver between 1894 & 2006, so you might want to further define your goal(s). . . |

The Book "Winchester Model 94" by Robert C Renneberg has patent drawings on pages 240 to pages 254 with as close to blueprints as I have ever seen. Hope this helps!

Actual prints with dimensions for commercial guns built by private companies are IP-Intellectual Property. I won't say that you'll never see any but to be legal, you must get them and permission to use the information on them from the owner-in your case Winchester or whoever now owns them.
