I am a Cz all the way kinda guy!!!!
I Picked up my 2nd CZ75B in Black-ploy 9mm the other day and why I was at the same gun shop I saw another Cz I have always wanted a 97B in 45acp. I was tradeing a revolver for the 75B after we got the paper work all done and dealer told me I was good to go. I put the 97b in lay-away. I took out the 75B today to the gun club, couldn't even think just how amazed this pistol shot. I am no pistol shot , but this pistol was one right after the other in the kill zone. These pistols are so nice and shoot like a person wouldn't even think a pistol would shoot or perform. I have tryed and owned alot of weapons but man oh man does CZ pistols rock for sure.Yes I got CZ sickness and am proud of it.

ha, you, too? I recently traded an LCR 357 straight up for a CZ 75 Compact in satin nickel. Uh, 15rds vs 5? No brainer. SWEET! I like it so much that I'm trying to sell my XDm 45 Compact 3.8 to fund a Rami 2075 9mm. Anybody want the .45?

Dan how did you get a beaver tail on that CZ75? was it a discontinued model? I've seen SA 75's and stainless 75s with it but never a poly black DA/SA

gonna try the 75b in .40s&w someday soon
A local range (Bullseye in Tacoma, WA) has a great CZ collection. SP01, 75b in 9mm and .40s&w, and at least one compact. They don't have the 97b, though.
Guess I'll have to stick to my 1911 for .45acp fun. But a CZ or three is in my future. Range fee plus rental delays the purchase by $35 or so. But I can't wait that long so I'll do it at least once. I've really liked the 75b in 9mm. Like the OP, I experienced dramatically better accuracy with it than just about any other pistol. Maybe I just blundered into better form, but I think it just points better, fits me better. I did ok with my brother's HK USP40, but found the round a little harsher than I liked. It'll be interesting to see if the CZ handles differently for me.

How does the 75 feed defensive JHPs? Anyone relying on one for nightstand duties?
Gorgeous guns. I think the 75 (especially in satin nickel) is one of the very few guns that can match the Beretta 92 or Browning Hi-Power for raw form-meets-function grace. |

I do not use mine for nightstand duty since it has no rail for a light. I think I really NEED to get an SP-01 so I can have a nice nightstand standby .

Is there a noticeable difference in the feel of the trigger between the omega and the plain 75B?

unmodified yes. the omega is much lighter. if you do the spring flip mod on the standard, they end up being very similar.

I have the 75b in a .40 and love it. Got a perfect score in my armed qualification for duty. However recently i went to the range and was not in the zone. Rushing my shots trying to reload for my sister before the range closed. I believe it was my trigger pull I was low and left. Any tips on my trigger pull or trigger modifications. I feel confident, it was a bad day but I love this gun so much I need to shoot it perfect.

The following chart is really intended for (one-handed) Bullseye shooting, but some of the general points apply to two-handed shooting, as well.
That's because you can jerk a trigger, when using one hand or two, and because some weak" hands really are weak hands, with the shooter's strong hand dominating their grip. This is for right handers; you'd "mirror" the chart if you're a lefty. |

Found a partial cure but now need another step in the program. A year or two ago I told myself (or maybe just started believing the other half) that I do not need more than 7 CZ's. So, I have sold a few and bought a few and been good at keeping it at 7 exactly BUT, now I don't have one I want to sell and see one I NEED (my word, obviously not hers). What should I do?????

I currently own 3 a CZ 75B CZ 85 Combat - you gotta try this one next. CZ P07 Duty All fine guns. The only CZ that I used to own ... and did not like - was a CZ Rami
