Video - Teaser for the rifles of 1866
My next video will be about the two repeating rifles of 1866. The Winchester model 1866 lever action "Yellowboy" and the Remington model 1866 revolving carbine. Here is a little teaser on the Remington. The full video will be in High - Res on Youtube in a couple of days.

Mike,
The 1866 Winchester was known as the Yellowboy by the Indians, not Goldenboy. That is a recent moniker for the new rifles made by The Henry Rifle Company of Brooklyn, NY and no relation to the original Henry or Winchester. |
